We suggest you request via the forums as that is the most favoured option for us, however we do give the option to request via email. As a requirement we need you to register up the forums in case someone tries to sign up twice, if you register on the forums, we can locate your IP address and if you register up again for another account we can of course note that you have 2 forum accounts and you are trying to register up for another hosting account. (Which against the rules) You must also fill in every part of the application to the fullest detail or your application will be denied!

FAQ:

  • I have requested for web hosting, but have not recieved an email with my details?
    • If this is the case, then your application for web hosting has been declined by Vlexo Free Hosting Services. You have to give us a minimum of 24 hours to locate and succesfully reply to your application for web hosting.
  • How many accounts can I have with Vlexo.com?
    • You can have 1 FREE account with Vlexo.com ONLY, if you choose to sign up with fake details and we find out, both accounts will be suspended and will pend terminatiom; unless you contact us with an explanation.
  • How can you afford to keep this service up?
    • The ads are there to keep the service up and running. If you want to see our free hosting up and running each and every day, we suggest you put our ads up. - This also helps us expand our free hosting side of things and of course then, we can uphold the quality.
  • Where is the VlexoFree Terms of Service?
  • Ways to get your application denied
    1. You provide faulty or invalid/false data
    2. Your whois details are seen to be incorrect
    3. You use rude language towards the Vlexo Staff
    4. You do not provide a long enough or detailed description of your website
    5. You do not fill in the form prorperly
  • As said, if you do not follow the rules then your application will be denied and you will not recieve 'any' emails from the Vlexo staff; period. You can however re-request for web hosting and we will approve it; you will of course need to make sure this time, you are not wasting our time.
  • Terms of Service

Applications are reviewed promptly and thoroughly, we monitor all accounts on our servers carefully. So if you are thinking of hosting something which is illegal or causes our server to be used as a 'spam' center, then please look elsewhere. As we are here to only host those who are honest and who know what they are wanting to host with good intentions.

*When you apply for account, that specific account and you ("as the user") are strictly to follow our Terms, this means if you have an account on our servers, you are immediately bound by the VlexoFree Terms of service.

Disclaimer

We do not make it the responsibility to give backups to you, if data loss has occured. If your data has been loss, we are not fully responsible as administrators to take full charges or blames to the data that is lost. It is the sole 'user' side, which takes part on making backups and being aware that 'things happen'; such as data being lost.
